San Francisco – Christina Ann Mobley, also known as Kris Mobley (58), has accused her former employer, a construction company in Fortuna, California.

According to an indictment, which was submitted on February 5, 2025, Mobley was employed as a business manager for a Fortuna construction company. Mobley accuses the indictment with three counts of post -fraud under 18 USC § 1341 and seven counts of wire fraud under 18 USC § 1343. Mobley came up this morning before the Federal District Court in McKinleyville, California with the conditions set by the court. Mobley will appear next February 26, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in front of the high -ranking US district judge Charles R. Breyer.
