The intelligent revolution - Vietnam & global economic life

Which key factors and important trends have shaped the transformation of building management in the past 25 years?

The construction management industry was shaped by three main factors: technological progress, sustainability problems and changing habitat dynamics. In particular, the technology had profound effects, especially in the introduction of 3D building information modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT) and automation systems. By bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds, these innovations enabled buildings more efficiently and transparently. Smart building technologies enable, for example, real-time monitoring of HLK, lighting and security systems, which improves the experience of the inmates and at the same time reduces the costs.

Sustainability problems have also influenced the industry, since the buildings are responsible for 40 percent of global energy emissions in connection with energy supply and costly supply calculations for construction owners. In view of the growing emphasis on energy efficiency and waste reduction, the facility managers have now implemented the implementation of sustainable practices that are organized with environmentally friendly building standards.

In addition, the Covid 19 pandemic has changes in work and work and in life to create healthier and more collaborative environments. Nowadays, management teams often require the opportunity to monitor and control construction systems from a distance, especially in emergencies or if physical access is limited. Tenants also expect faster maintenance times, seamless digital services and common rooms that improve their lifestyle. All of these changes have controlled the demand for outsourced and professional services for building management.

How does Vietnam fit these challenges, especially with regard to sustainability?

Vietnam has made considerable progress in achieving its sustainability goals, including the ambitious goal of net zero emissions by 2050. The Vietnamese Green Building Council (VGBC) leads to the efforts with certifications that match global standards such as Leed and Well. These standards require buildings to meet specific criteria in areas such as energy efficiency, water protection and use of sustainable materials.

The government also focuses on increasing the proportion of renewable energies in the national network, with a target of 15 to 20 percent by 2030. Many construction owners, especially in the industrial sector, integrate solar energy solutions, and some examine state -of -the -art technologies such as virtual power plants (VPPS) to optimize energy consumption and improve sustainability.

From the operational side, building management companies appear as efficiency architects, carry out regular energy tests and identify areas for improvement, such as: With sustainability, it is also about offering comfortable spaces for users through cleanliness and accessibility and creating a holistic environment that supports people's well -being. In Vietnam there is an increased focus on environmental quality (IEQ) indoors, including acoustic comfort, air quality management and healthy nutrition.

Do you see a basic transformation for the building management industry in Vietnam in the coming years?

The future of construction management is strongly influenced by progress in artificial intelligence (AI) and mechanical learning. These technologies enable an even more sophisticated automation and a shift of reactive to predictive maintenance, in which systems recognize anomalies and anticipate problems before they occur, which reduces inefficiencies. Conventional maintenance plans often lead to unnecessary interventions or vice versa due to a lack of inspections. However, AI-powered buildings use algorithms for machine learning to monitor HLK systems and their energy consumption patterns in order to predict when components are likely to collapse. Similarly, the AI technology can use vibration and temperature data of machines to identify potential storage or overheating errors. The simulation of different scenarios in virtual twins enables management teams to evaluate the effects of improvements in energy efficiency before implementation. By recording and analyzing large amounts of real-time and predictive data on energy consumption, wealth performance and occupancy, KI enables the automation of routine tasks such as work order management and inventory tracking, better informed decisions and focus on strategic initiatives.

AI also changes the safety and security of the building by enabling proactive detection and reaction of the incidents. It can use sensor data to recognize possible dangers such as gas leaks, fires or water leaks and trigger automated answers. In combination with video analyzes, it can identify suspicious activities or non-authorized access and warning security staff in real time. AI-powered chatbots can handle routine inquiries and immediately support the building contractors, improve customer service and reduce response times.

With these technologies, buildings can work more efficiently and sustainably and make a significant contribution to reducing the CO2 footprint of the built environment and creating a more reliable and more comfortable environment for the construction of residents.

Aden has been an important player in the building management industry for over 25 years. How has Aden adapted to the changing needs and expectations of society??

Aden's growth of his foundation in Vietnam in 1997 until his presence in more than 25 countries reflects our adaptability and foresight in view of market changes. In contrast to conventional players, Aden has built in -house specialist knowledge in all areas of building management and offers our customers strategic and comprehensive solutions. This approach enables us to really understand our customers' developing needs and offer tailor -made services from day one.

Over ten years ago, Aden was one of the first companies that prioritize sustainable solutions and real -time data, which led to the introduction of AKILA, a digitization platform for decarbonization, which was driven by digital twin technology. This platform helps to optimize the energy and environmental effects, integrate intelligent construction technologies and to improve overall management.

Aden's partnership with innovative Vietnamese companies such as FPT software strengthens our ability to deliver state-of-the-art solutions. Through our collaboration, we offer your company management services for corporate facility management and at the same time integrate your solution for Vertzero Carbon surveillance into our Akila platform and create a powerful synergy that improves the offer of both companies.

How do you imagine the future growth and developments of the company as head of Aden Vietnam?

Aden continues to head the industry with our F&E center in Hanoi and leads the expansion of our digitization functions. The integration of AI into our Akila platform is of central importance for our strategy for the future. In addition, new projects such as NXPark that focus on real estate, construction and engineering, as well as Aden Energy that aims at renewable energies and energy efficiency, pave the way for our ongoing growth in Vietnam. We can now help the projects of our customers to be completely sustainable from the conception (procurement of land, construction design) to complete completion (construction and operation). No other company in the world has this project level.

Aden Vietnam will continue to adapt and innovate and anticipate the global trends in the industry. We endeavor to contribute to Vietnam's net zero carbon destinations and to support the nation in achieving their sustainability goals.
