BREEAM certification was first introduced in Great Britain in 1990. Today it is recognized worldwide with certified buildings in almost 80 countries. Reaching the certification requires a meeting strictly defined criteriaWith buildings that were assessed in 10 categories, including investment project management and construction processes, energy-efficient materials, user comfort, energy consumption, building location, waste management, water and sewage management, supply of the environment, soiling methods and innovations.

The tender was announced as an open procedure, and bids can be made until the delivery, up to May 5 of this year.
