This exhibition proved to be critical and led to the acquisition of Hollein drawings and models by the Museum of Modern Art in New York. As Prof. Eva Branscome writes, Holleins was “artistic” production high before he was known as an architect. By the end of the decade, his works had integrated large public and private collections.
