Motif, Inc. announced his management team to three prominent industry veterans. Tatjana Dzambazova is the director of AI Solutions in the CTO office, Jens Majdal Kaarsholm as director of industrial and market development as well as Greg Denchak as Vice President for industrial and market development. These dates support Motif's focus on the development of a collaborative, data-controlled AEC platform.
Jens Majdal Kaarsholm: From the industry lawyer to the builder of what comes next
In the past decade, Jens Majdal Kaarsholm has worked to improve tools in architecture and construction. From the initiation of open letters in Autodesk in 2020 to the introduction of global AEC software networks, he consistently supported the efforts to change. He now brings this experience into his new role in motif.
As a director of industry and market development, Kaarsholm will operate at the interface of the product, sales and strategy. It will serve as an important contact point for the largest customers and design partners of Motif. The mediation of your ideas and feedback will be brought directly into the product development process.

GRG Denchak: strengthening the engagement with architects and strategic partners
Greg Denchak joins the motif as a Vice President for industry and market development and ensures extensive experience in the use of immersive technologies and real-time collaboration tools on AEC workflows. Trained as an architect, he contributed to tools such as Revit, Synchro and Digital Twin Technologies. Before joining Motif Motif, Greg headed the Digital Innovation Lab from Bentley Systems and focused on the use of XR and Digital -Zwillingen in infrastructure design and structure.
In his role, Denchak will work on expanding Motif's presence in the AEC industry, developing industry partnerships and combining customers, innovators and product teams. He will support efforts to improve cooperation between design teams in disciplines, companies and locations.
Greg has a combination of technical knowledge, exploratory approach and user -centered thinking. His work with XR and Digital Twin ecosystems informs his understanding of how data and interaction models can support design and provision. At Motif, he will concentrate on the promotion of practical user experiences and the orientation of solutions with the requirements of the industry.

Tatjana Dzambazova joins the motif as director of AI Solutions in the CTO office with a comprehensive experience in architecture, product development and emerging technologies. She worked on the global introduction of Revit architecture and directed efforts to research AI and machine learning in design. At Motif, it will help to design the long -term approach of the company for AI and innovation.
Dzambazova works from the CTO office and leads the exploration efforts on how AI and machine learning can support the AEC industry -not only by doing work faster, but also enabling better buildings. She will work closely with the Motif design and product teams to imagine new interaction paradigms, which give the intelligence in a way that are accessible, authorized, authorized and humanly centered.
