The construction pulser continues with 21 Hollywood, the 14-story, luxurious mixed use of the Starlife Group, when the crews recently poured the first series of concrete slabs and mark a key milestone in the foundation phase of development in Hollywood, Florida.
The project, which was launched in December 2024, is to be displayed in October with the completion at the end of 2026/early 2027.
The project is located in a 1.48 hectare location away, just a few minutes from the Atlantic and Hollywood downtown and will contain 200 luxury rental units and 10,000 square meters of retail space on the ground floor. 21 Hollywood was designed by the world-famous architect Kobi Karp and offers a first-class life experience that is defined by state-of-the-art technology, premium surfaces and breathtaking views.

The residents will enjoy a number of amenities, including a business center with 16-foot ceilings, carefully designed co-working rooms and a private conference room. Health and wellness enthusiasts benefit from a state-of-the-art fitness center with 14-foot ceilings, supplemented by a dedicated yoga and Pilates room. Other offers include a children's play area, a dog park with dogs and laundry, two cinemas and an 85-foot infinity pool, which serves as the heart of the outdoor experience.
Starlife Builders, a subsidiary of the Starlife Group, acts as a general contractor of 21 Hollywood.
