VELO3D, Inc. announced a new agreement with Ohio Ordnance Works, Inc., which to advance the company's Rapid Production Services. As part of the agreement, VELO3D will offer the 3D military weapons in the context of the 3D -printed initiative for military weapons as part of the 3D -printed military weapons development and analysis services. This cooperation focuses on the early phases of the development process and offers application engineering and design services that optimize military arms components for additive production.

The know -how of VELO3D in terms of additive design and material analysis ensures that the components of OOW, which are designed for maximum performance, strength and manufacturing, are in the best condition before production begins. VELO3D will support OOW with technical services that concentrate on design optimization, material selection and tests to ensure that the components meet the required performance requirements for military applications. The aim is to create complex, powerful parts that are designed for efficient and effective 3D printing, which ultimately accelerates the OOW Rapid production services.

This cooperation represents an important step forward in the integration of additive manufacturing into defense systems and offers Oow the opportunity to improve the design and testing of the phases of their military weapons development and at the same time accelerate the production process.
