Smart Arch Studio carves a dynamic facade for Casa Acentuada

Casa Acentuada from Smart Arch Studio – SAS architects deal with the challenges of urban monotony in India by A facade Consisting of crossing levels and different geometries. The architectural composition contains principles of deconstructivism and contains angle volumes and asymmetrical layer to create spatial depth and controlled visual fragmentation. Steel Outputs and in -depth surfaces introduce dynamic shadow patterns that react to the movement of the sun all day. The facade is not designed as a decorative element, but as a performative system. Each projection and emptiness is positioned to regulate the sun's radiation, direct natural light or frame -specific views. The integration of glazed sections against structured concrete Surfaces creates a visual contrast and promotes daylight penetration into the interior of the building.

The residence is designed as a coherent system in which architecture and interior design are developed at the same time. The spatial planning process reacted to the programmatic requirements for a contemporary family, whereby the focus is on spatial efficiency, environmental performance and material integrity.

House Acentas Design concerns natural stone, wood and metal

Initial design phases included local analyzes and user consultations for determining the spatial hierarchy, circulation logic and visual orientation. The conceptual development used 3D visualizations, material studies and schematic layouts to reconcile the design intentions with the expectations of the users. These were further refined by detailed building documents such as architectural drawings, lighting plans, custom carpers and final plans. The construction work used a material palette made of natural stone, technical wood, bamboo and metal components that were selected for their durability and structural properties. If necessary, sustainable strategies were recorded by the Design team At Smart Arch Studio – SAS architects. The coordination between architects, contractors and manufacturers ensured that they align the details and execution with the technical and aesthetic standards of the project.

The inner program integrated tailor -made furniture and lighting body to extend the architectural language into the inhabited rooms. After completion, the Casa Acentuada project for archive purposes was documented, whereby the coordination after the OKCUP CANCY continues to coordinate the follow-up examination to combat maintenance and customer feedback.
