The U.S. Administrative Ministry of the Ministry of Labor elections its inspections of companies with the highest rates of injuries and illnesses based on injury and illness data that were submitted in accordance with the requirements of the OSHA recordings.
The local-specific targeting program, the primary planned inspection program from Osha for non-construction companies with 20 or more employees, uses the OSHA form 300A data from the calendar years 2021-2023.
Facilities can be selected for inspection, based on:
- High injury and illness rates from 2023 data.
- Upward trendy injury and illness rates based on data from 2021 to 2023 or more than twice as high as on the average of the 2022 private sector.
- Injury and illness rates that are significantly below industry.
- Default to submit an OSHA form 300A in 2023.
The OSHA uses national and local priorities to address high -risk and dangers.
