South Forty Specialties breaks on the new headquarters in Watertown | Local news

KXLG – Watertown, SD} Today South has officially broken the ground in his new headquarters in Watertown, which is an important milestone for the growing company and the local economy. The site that is in the Fasan Ridge Addition was taken over by the Watertown Development Company. The upcoming facility offers an exhibition room, office space and a production area.

South forty specialties is known to mix the industrial style with vintage charm. They design and produce indoor and outdoor furniture, creative decor, wall art and individual pieces. Her work is aimed at houses, shops and curated spaces such as “Mannhölen”, “she shed”, “Home Fitness Studios” and garages.

This new headquarters are expected to boost South Vierundy's production capacities, offer customers a personal showroom experience and support future product development.

Jim Engels, owner and founder of South Vefy Specialties, expressed enthusiasm for the project. “This facility is more than one building – it is the basis for everything we are building at South forty,” said Engels. “We are proud to grow in Watertown and bring something fresh and creative into the region.”

In addition to the new facility, South forty specialties announced a partnership with the local artist Dustin Sünder. The work of sinners is presented in the creative product line of South Vye and in the exhibition rooms.

The construction of the new facility will be completed in phases, the first phase will be completed in autumn.
