A SpaceX Crane Collapse in the Starbase facility, Texas in Starbase, Texas, triggered an investigation by the occupational safety agency on Tuesday, the Federal CNBC said in an e -mail.

The sick collapse was recorded in a live stream by Labor Father on YouTube, a SpaceX-focused channel. Lab Father clips have been widespread on social media, including X, which belongs to the SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.

It was not immediately clear whether SpaceX employees were violated as a result of the incident. Musk and other management managers did not respond to a request for comments.

A spokesman for Osha announced CNBC that further details will be available after the examination.

SpaceX has a story of injuries to the workplace that exceed the industry average, Reuters previously reported. In 2014 one of the company's employees, Simon Leblanc, died at the workplace because the company was a failure to protect it from a clear danger.

At the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Government Efficiency (Doge), a musical effort from the Trump government to lower the size of the federal government, reduce the resources of Osha and to switch at least eleven of its external offices. Through Doge, Musk tried to reduce the federal budgets, the staff and even certain regulations of the Federal Authority, which restricted their ability to examine and enforce existing laws.

The SpaceX Crane Collapse followed a number of explosions and other setbacks for the company's Starship Super Heavy start vehicle, the largest rocket that was ever flown.

Environmental activists in the USA and Mexico say that these explosions have violated the sensitive habitat, the wildlife and sea life. SpaceX said online in Posts that his activity did not violate the surroundings during the recent explosion on June 18.

Previously, the starship was expected to play an important role in the efforts of NASA to return to the moon. SpaceX had mostly earned more than 20 billion US dollars in the Federal Government contracts mainly from the Ministry of Department and NASA.

In the meantime, the proposed slim budget of NASA has not yet been approved by the congress for the next year and could affect the agency's business with SpaceX and shift the focus of its missions.

Musk, who was the greatest financial support of President Donald Trump, tried to appoint his friend Jared Issacman, a commercial astronaut to lead NASA under the second Trump government. Trump withdrew his appointment of Isaacman as president in the dwindling days of the billionaire's official commitment with the White House.
