San Jose, California – Synergy Solution Group, a network of colleagues in the commercial HLK industry, organized his construction gate 2025 in San Jose, California, from July 21 to 23,.
The event brought about 40 construction professionals from all over the country to exchange ideas, explore new technologies and to learn from each other through open discussions and examples in the real world, according to a press release from Synergy.
The forum was opened with a session by Shaabini Alford from the Maxim Consulting Group, which encouraged the participants to concentrate on the orientation between the field and the office. She shared tools to improve the forecast, increase productivity and to build trust through clear expectations and communication. The day continued with a session entitled “Power of Pers”, in which members shared their strengths and discussed challenges in small groups, which offered advice on the basis of their experiences.
“This constructionorum has changed professionally for me,” said Matt Noel von IMCOR. “The information was great and it was great to network with like -minded people.”
The next morning, the members discussed where they found success and where they continued to deal with the preparations. The conversation increased the importance of input from the field, precise modeling and the persecution over time to improve performance, according to the press release from Synergy.
This afternoon, the members in Union City, California, toured the Western Allied Mechanical shop, where they received a look behind the scenes with the planning, coordination and the prelude of the company. The day on which a panel via BIM – structure of information modeling – was completed, where five members shared approaches to implementation, cooperation with the field and the knowledge from the renovation and new construction projects.
“I have met many effective people in the industry who promote growth and promotion of the industry for new generations,” said Rex Pitsinger from MSD Inc.
The last day focused on tools and technology with which members improve the visibility of the projects and team communication. There was also a “Synergy Showdown”, in which the members went through their forecast dashboards, productivity tracking and project management tools.
The forum was concluded with a conversation about how members test artificial intelligence (AI) to review contracts, automate tasks or write code, but always with a person in the loop to check the results.
“A young motivated person like me was able to sit together with several presidents and maintain their undivided attention and raise questions and gain knowledge,” said Cassidy Smith from Atomatic Mechanical Services Inc. “I would never have this opportunity outside of this atmosphere.”
“It is clear that the Synergy team took a lot of energy and effort in the forum for everyone involved,” said Kevin Bishop from Warwick Mechanical Group.
“The best part of the Construction Forum 2025 was to visit and let all of its arms open as if they were part of a family,” said Jade Cacpal from Oahu Plumbing and Air conditioning.
