NFIB members in Tennessee could also be considered to use the Tosha consultation program that is a proactive way to improve their security at the workplace through confidential visits to the site without reporting violations.
The consultation program is offered “employers, in particular smaller employers, to support them in achieving a safe and healthy workplace for their workers. Consulting services offer both occupational safety and industrial hygiene for the production, construction and other types of companies in Tennessee. This free service is designed for the development of employers in the development or improvement of security and health management systems.”
