The Luma Sunshine North project of Development Victoria was recognized as a finalist with two prestigious awards, which celebrate its design, its sustainability and innovation.
The level 1 of Luma, supplied by SAW Constructions, has already transformed part of the former City West Water Depots into a lively new neighborhood with 86 energy -efficient houses, 3,600 m² open spaces and inviting municipal areas. As soon as the project has been completed, it will deliver around 300 town houses that are supported by an investment of 200 million US dollars that have already created more than 1,700 jobs.

Luma is the finalist of the Udia Victoria Boutique (Townhouse) Development Award 2025, which celebrates excellence in the design of the town house. The judges recently toured through the community and noticed their open, inviting design and the management of the project in sustainable life medium -sized density.
