What motivated you to go along the Techniefostructal Academy and to focus specifically on the formation of information modeling (BIM) in India?
Roy Aniruddha: The drive to the co-founder of the technology academy was deeply personal and rooted in my global career in the USA, in Europe and India to direct transformative projects for Technostruct LLC and other pioneers in the AECO room.
During my entire travel from US army corps from engineers to the tech campus of Silicon Valley-Habe I experience the critical gap between theoretical education and the demanding realities of multidisciplinary coordination, clash management and BIM workflow for living, multi-million doors.
India, full of technical talents, was not ambition, but the practical, competitive skills that were necessary to promote infrastructure change.
The Technostroc Academy is my commitment to bridging this gap: Strengthening the next generation with access to living, billable projects and training courses that reflect the actual pace and strictly leading international company, not just software.

What were the biggest challenges in the Scaling Technostruct Academy as India's BIM education manager?
Roy Aniruddha: The biggest challenge in the Scaling Technostruct Academy was to preserve our basic commitment to the live project-based learning and at the same time to serve a diverse, global student base.
Maintaining nuclear philosophy – that the pupils learn BIM by working on real, ongoing projects – required deliberate efforts than we grow beyond the borders.
Another major challenge was to raise awareness of BIM and its true interdisciplinary value in India. While the leading international companies fully accept BIM, many local actors still change from traditional methods. Therefore, we have teamed up closely with the interest groups in the industry in order to demonstrate the immediate, tangible value that BIM formation brings with it.
The design of a curriculum that influences the right balance between theory and practical exposure was an ongoing process that was constantly refined in order to be ahead of the rapid technological advances and global standards.
By achieving consistent quality and relevance in different regions, the use of specialist knowledge, resources and the global project pipeline of our parent company Technostruct Group called for.
These challenges were not only obstacles, but also opportunities that strengthened our basis, credibility and leadership as a leading BIM training provider of India.
Where do you see how India is investing strongly in the infrastructure, the greatest opportunities for BIM acceptance?
Roy Aniruddha: The biggest options for introducing BIM in India are in large-scale infrastructure projects such as smart cities, Metro Bail Networks, motorways, airports and industrial corridors.
These mega projects require unprecedented precision, digital cooperation in real time, cost efficiency and sustainability all areas in which BIM offers significant advantages.
Government initiatives such as Gati Shakti and the Mission Smart Cities continue to underline the crucial role of BIM-controlled execution in order to ensure a prompt project dormant on the budget project in first-class standards.
In addition to this flagship -infrastructure developments, the introduction of BIM in real estate and commercial construction sectors quickly increases, in which design optimization, sustainability goals and digital Twin integration become industry forms.
The future of BIM in India is clear: it will develop from the fact that iconic, complex projects become the standardized standard for the entire construction.
What advice would you give young experts who would like to build a career in the AEC industry with a strong BIM Foundation?
Roy Aniruddha: My advice to young specialists is to consider BIM not only as a technical instrument, but as the basis for a dynamic and future -proof career in AEC.
Start with the development of strong specialist knowledge in your ceremony discipline – architecture, civil or MEP – and integrate BIM workflows completely into your skills.
Practical experience in live projects is critical, since real learning is more likely to be done through practical use than through theory alone. If you are looking for mentors, remain up to date with developing technologies and actively deal with global BIM communities.
BIM's success requires adaptability, problem solutions and interdisciplinary cooperation. By investing in the right training and accepting a practical, collaborative approach, you will position yourself as a leader in the digital transformation of India Infrastructure.
