Washington, DC (September 10, 2025) – Littler, the world's largest employment and labor law that is represented by management, is pleased to enter into an important addition to your group for security and health practice for occupational safety and health with the arrival of Peter Vassalo, a nationally recognized authority for the Occupational Safety Act (OSHA), as a senior country in his office in Washington, DC.

Vassalo has almost three decades of a respected service in the office of the US Ministry of Labor (DOL) of the lawyer in the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, where he played a crucial role in the design of the federal and health behavior of the federal government.

During his term in DOL, Vassalo had numerous roles, most recently as a lawyer for special legal disputes. In this capacity, he was at the head of the demanding and highly effective assumption matters, whereby he monitored the outrageous enforcement program from Osha and the negotiation of complex, corporate further settlements. It was also the main contact point for the enforcement of OSHA standard management (PSM) standard and directed the national efforts in connection with the ergonomic enforcement. In addition, Vassalo acted as a national coordinator for all Osha affairs that contain potential criminal violations.
