The Department of Employee Compensation (DWC) has published an order in which the official medical fee plan (OMFS) is adapted to correspond to changes in the Medicare payment system in accordance with section 5307.1 of the working society.
The medical and non-doctor-practitioner-fee plan update order accepts the following changes on October 1, 2025, 4th quarter:
- CMS 'Medicare National Arysician Type Plan Relative Value – October 1, 2025, quarterly update – RVU25D – updated 09.11.2025
- Updated practitioner procedure for PTP (PTP) Evidence
- Medically unlikely evidence updated
The OMFS adjustments mentioned above are effective for services that are provided on October 1, 2025.
The order, which takes over the above-mentioned OMFS adjustments, is published on the website of the doctor's services and not in the doctor for Practitioner Services.
