This project aims to provide a reliable and efficient cooling solution and at the same time minimize the disturbances of the existing building operations, whereby the service duration for this project is planned for 6/15/2026-08/2826. The Cle Elum-Roslyn school district requires that the new HLK controls work with the existing Finstack software. The CLE Elum-Roslyn Elementary and Middle School is currently served by an HHW system (Hoh Hydronic Water) that supplies the buying coil with hot water. The school district of CLE Elum-Roslyn aims to introduce cooling functions and at the same time retrofit the existing system without changing the canal distribution. Meier Architecture and Engineering suggests installing a VRF system (variable refrigerant flow) in order to improve the existing fan coaches. The VRF system must be integrated into the building management system. In addition to the standards of the Ashrae and Smacna and the Washington State Energy Code, the contractor follows the standards of the facility and local jurisdiction.
The owner hereby notifies all bidders that he will make sure that minority companies are delivered in a contract that has been concluded according to this advertisement to submit offers and not discriminated against reasons of the breed, color, color, gender, handicap or national origin.
This project is subject to the Kittitas County, which is the requirements for the wage rate.
