Philippines, October 8, 2025- Arcadis, the world's leading design and advisory company for nature and building complexes, proudly announces the successful completion of its 64-month advisory order for the integrated Westside Casino, a new integrated entertainment and goal of $ 1 billion in the Entertainment City from Parañaque. From the climax of the Covid Pandemic to 2025, Arcadis Philippines Inc. (API) provided cost and commercial management, project and construction management services and coped-on panda-related problems, complex logistics, changing security standards and the requirements of a large-scale, fast-moving development.
Since its appointment in May 2020, API acted as the primary consulting partner, steered the project through global disorders and maintained the momentum in one of the most difficult construction phases. At the end of the API application, the project was 75 % completed, the most important elements were successfully delivered and were ready for execution-which ultimately paved the way for the new project management team under the new owner.

1. Project and tree management approach:
API promoted strong communication and cooperation between the project partners – including customer, contractor and local authorities – through regular meetings, clear reports and quick problem solutions in order to maintain the coordination and minimize conflicts.
In order to increase efficiency, API used digital tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project dashboards for real-time visualization, progress surveillance and effective resource management, supported by a robust document control system that ensured timely permits and reduced delays.
The quality was maintained by a comprehensive QA/QC program with committed personnel, frequent inspections on site, performance analyzes and proactive problem solving. In addition, API carefully monitored the construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, schedules and quality standards.
2. Cost and commercial excellence: Our proactive approach for commercial management included strict cost tracking and forecasting and enabled quick and effective reactions to financial challenges.
3. Security and risk management: The safety of employees and stakeholders continued to priority. API implemented a proactive risk management strategy to identify and fix problems before escalating. This included thorough checks of the working methods and risk reviews for all important construction activities.
A comprehensive security plan that is geared towards the standards for health and security at work (OHS), monthly audits and the eligible remedy of non -conformities underpinned this commitment. Our Track Hunter system also supported proactive risk detection during the weekly security tour tours and thus ensured the cooperation and compliance with the highest security standards.

Important project milestones and key successes of the project
1. Final work (November 2020): The first foundation work was completed and the foundation stone for structural development was laid.
2. Completion of the shell and the core (May 29, 2023): The completion of both towers was achieved, which is an important structural milestone. The facade assembly and waterproofness were completed by September 25, 2023, followed by reaching the “Power on” on September 30, 2023.
3. Skybridge installation (September 6, 2023): The entire steel installation has been successfully completed and improves the connectivity between the structures.
4. Safety Excellence Recognition (2023): The project won the Track to Zero Award from Arcadis in the “Safety Implementation” category, which reflects a strong commitment to security and health protocols.
5. Health performance (January 2024): 15 million secure working hours achieved, proof of the strict security standards of the project.
6. Compliance with fire protection regulations (May 24, 2024): Objection of the fire protection inspection certificate up to level 1 of LG by BFP to ensure compliance with fire protection regulations.
7. Completion of the Linkbridge superstructure (September 2024): Successful completion of the superstructure, including the safe and successful increase in four segments of the bridge, which demonstrates the cooperation, precision and specialist competence of the project team.
8. Significant completion of the equipment areas (2025): Key areas such as atrium, all day dining (ADD), Middle of House (MOH), Casino and Back of House (Boh) were completed to enable the transition to the final phase of the project.
