The 2025 edition, hosted by the Ministry of Construction, officially integrates the fields of construction and transportation, reflecting the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, as well as promoting energy efficiency, green energy transition and carbon and methane emissions in the transportation sector.

With a series of events including a plenary session and four thematic seminars, it is expected to attract over 1,000 delegates from ministries, local authorities, organizations and domestic and international companies.

During the week, the Ministry of Construction, in collaboration with the Hanoi People's Committee, will host a seminar on promoting green buildings and green transportation for sustainable development. The event brings together executives from both agencies as well as representatives of national and international organizations and companies engaged in consulting, investing, building and operating green construction and transportation projects.

During the plenary session, participants will discuss innovation strategies, application of advanced technologies, digital transformation and green energy solutions in construction and transportation to improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions and promote the development of green buildings and green transportation in Vietnam.

Meanwhile, the symposia will focus on green housing and real estate development, the use of new energy-efficient and low-emission materials, green urban planning and infrastructure, intelligent management solutions and the promotion of environmentally friendly transportation through energy transition, electric vehicles and intelligent transportation infrastructure.

On the sidelines of the event, an exhibition with over 30 stalls will showcase green and green materials, smart and energy efficient appliances, as well as products and services from various organizations and companies in the fields of green building design, consulting, project management and green financing.

The event also honors organizations and individuals who have contributed to green building and transportation development, as well as awarding winners of Student Green Architecture Awards and green building certifications.

An annual event launched in 2020, the week has become a prestigious forum in the field of green building, helping to promote innovation and energy efficient and sustainable solutions./.VNA
