ANN ARBOR, MI – A Southeast Michigan company that installs and maintains HVAC systems claims delays and mismanagement of construction work at Ann Arbor Public Schools cost them nearly $2.7 million in business claims against the district.

However, the district and a construction manager also named in the complaint both largely deny the allegations in their answers filed last week in Washtenaw County District Court.
