Canonge will lead Centric Software's SaaS strategy and evolve its cloud and AI solutions to meet changing customer needs.

Fabrice Canonge has been appointed by the Board as Chief Executive Officer of Centric Software, a core brand of Dassault Systèmes. Canonge succeeds founder Chris Groves, who founded Centric Software in 2004 along with its flagship product lifecycle management solution, Centric PLM. Groves will take on a senior advisory role at Dassault Systèmes, an expert and innovator in 3D design software, 3D digital mock-up and PLM solutions.

Canonge will be responsible for defining and driving Centric Software's strategic SaaS roadmap to meet evolving customer needs and expand its market leadership with a new generation of AI-powered solutions in the cloud.

Canonge joined Centric Software in 2004 and led European operations before becoming executive vice president of global sales and marketing in 2019. He was promoted to chief operating officer in 2020 and president in 2023. With nearly three decades of business development experience in the software industry, Canonge has specific expertise in apparel, high fashion, luxury goods and retail. He has played an important role in Centric's growth, particularly its go-to-market strategy, expansion into 56 countries and acquisition of key customers such as Hugo Boss, Lacoste, ASICS and many more.
