The drawings show a two-story building on reinforced concrete foundations with a front entrance facing Wilder Street and horizontal siding over a brick base. The second floor features paired windows and a simple parapet line. The rear facade offers ground-level access to the courtyard. The building height is 26 feet to the roof, providing a backyard depth of 12 feet. The residence will occupy a narrow lot measuring approximately 14 feet by 48 feet and will be aligned with dividing walls on both sides.

The development permit was granted in July 2025, followed by the issuance of the building permit in November 2025.
