Adlanto and Plaza Companies are collaborating on a new, upscale project in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
The Goldwater Residences is a for-sale condominium project located in the epicenter of arts, culture and entertainment in Old Town Scottsdale, project representatives tell Digital Free Press.
There are two- to three-bedroom units with large terraces and views of Camelback Mountain, Four Peaks and the Papago Buttes, according to a news release.
Located on the southeast corner of Goldwater Boulevard and 70th Street, Goldwater Residences offers approximately 40 two- to three-bedroom units and approximately 7,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space designed to serve both residents and visitors.
Proponents of the development claim that the Goldwater Residences will create a sense of place and community through the connection between the project and the surrounding neighborhood.
“We are very pleased to begin selling this exceptional new property,” said Alvaro Moreno, USA Manager at Adlanto North America. “Scottsdale is one of the most attractive residential real estate markets in the United States and presents the opportunity to create a project that will be extremely attractive to those interested in luxury living and avant-garde architecture in the heart of the action.”
Adlanto, headquartered in Spain, is the developer of the project, while Plaza Companies acts as consultant, design and construction manager. Oriana Lehman Wood of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty will serve as agent for the property. The Goldwater Residences architect is Lightvox Studio and the general contractor is Ameris Construction.
“We look forward to beginning sales and construction of Goldwater Residences and creating the next great luxury living opportunity for Scottsdale,” said Sharon Harper, chairman and CEO of Plaza Companies. “Our market knowledge and experience with a broad range of development projects in Arizona will be critical as we bring The Goldwater Residences to life.”
