AIHA Connect 2025 Keynote to highlight the power of neurodiversity in the workplace

This keynote underlines the advantages of neurodiversity and offers practical strategies to support and use employees of neurodiverse employees for success in the workplace.

Taking neurodiversity at the workplace is not just a inclusion performance – it is a competitive advantage. The advocate of the author, engineer and neurodiversity lawyer David Finch will deliver the opening keynote at AIHA Connect 2025 and share findings about how companies can use unique talents and create supportive environments for neurodiver -related employees.

In 2005, Finch's marriage fought due to his later characteristics of the Autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In 2008 he diagnosed a journey of self -discovery and converted his relationships both personally and professionally. From his experience in semiconductor technology, software development and Fortune 500 marketing, Finch offers practical strategies for the administration of neurodive teams.

“Practically every company and every workplace with more than two employees could be seen as neurodive organization,” said Finch. “I will talk about the management and the use of neurodiversity, the advantages of the attitude of unique talent and the support of talented employees who sometimes work a little differently.”
