Little Rock, Ark. – The heat index values of up to 109 ° will cover a large part of Arkansas and Mississippi on Monday, which urgently warns the residents of limiting the activity outdoors and remaining hydrated. The residents are asked to avoid outdoors while the tips, wearing light clothing and drinking water frequently. Employers should follow the OSHA guidelines, offer shaded breaks and monitor symptoms of heat creation such as dizziness, headache or nausea.
