The implementation of the contract for the preparation or rather the completion of the conceptual and main project for the ORASIS – Tuzla Highway, section Tuzla – MaoCA, has serious delays.
Although the deadline for the end of the main project for mid -2024 was planned, the implementation has not occurred due to administrative obstacles, namely the inability to convert agricultural and forest land into building land, which represents a condition for the granting of approval for urban planning.
