BAM is progressing the construction of the Landmark Higher Education Facility at ATU Letterkenny

Construction is well underway on the new library, IT and education building at the Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Letterkenny campus in Donegal, Ireland. BAM is proud to be the prime contractor on this transformative project. This project is one of five new buildings being completed in phase two of the Higher Education Public Private Partnership (PPP) program.

Although work began in the summer, the project was officially launched by Minister for Further Education, Research, Innovation and Science, James Lawless TD, who broke ground on site alongside representatives from ATU and BAM.

The 5,100 m² facility will consist of a library and various learning resource rooms, general and special classrooms, ICT laboratories, administrative rooms and ancillary rooms. Combined with decanted space elsewhere on campus, the new building will increase ATU's capacity in Letterkenny by approximately 600 students, supporting the university's continued growth and regional impact.
