Bluebeam Max adds AI tools for reveal, while new integrations and mobile updates combine field and office teams in real time.
Bluebeam, a developer of solutions and services for architecture, engineering and construction experts (AEC) and part of the Nemetschek Group, outlined his vision for networked construction sessions at the Unbound 2025 Industry Conference. The most important announcements included Bluebeam Max, a new premium subscription plan that added reviews to AI functions, as well as product tactualizations that improve cooperation, combine field teams and support cross-platform workflows.

Bluebeam Max: AI-affected productivity for AEC
Bluebeam Max starts worldwide in early 2026 and offers breakthrough automation and intelligence over the entire project life cycle. The most important functions include:
- Revu + anthropic Claude integration, which enables natural AI requests to automate tasks and convert markup data into implementable knowledge.
- AI-Review and AI-Match (Technology from the acquisition of Bluebeams Firmus AI) announced in September) to uncover design problems early on, recognize the gaps and compare drawings with unprecedented accuracy.
- Stitching, which automatically combines several drawing sheets into a single navigative view for projects on the infrastructure scale.

- Mobile improvements now enable the complete studio project access, offline synchronization and local file access to iOS as well as the complete studio project access to Android devices with offline synchronization and local file access in early 2026.
- The integration of Docunign brings e-signatures directly into studio projects and eliminates the need for time-consuming downloads and uploads.
- In Procore, OneDrive and SharePoint integrations, users can open, mark and synchronize files seamlessly via platforms.
