Plaster & Patina is looking for an experienced interior designer and designer who joins our growing team. This is a very experienced, customer -oriented role that is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, brings a deep living experience and can confidently manage projects through the installation.

We specialize in highly mobile historical domestic renovation work, a basic building and the full home facility, combine the art of craftsmanship in the Old World with contemporary luxury. Our work is detailed and layered, which requires a designer with strong architectural work, excellent project management experiences and an impeccable eye for materials and furniture.

Responsibility:

– Create complete CD sets for projects, including floor plans, surveys, cupboards, tile layouts, mill work and custom furniture designs in AutoCAD and Sketchup.

– must have a passion for the design of tailor -made and decorative mills of all kinds.

– Lead furniture, fabric and material selection, procurement of university sellers and designer showrooms.

– Manage project plans, budgets and customer communication from concept to installation.

– Add customer and website meetings and list them, document action elements and make sure that the design intention is executed.

– Create and check specifications and presentations, including design panels, completion of pallets and furnishing suggestions.

– Monitoring and coordinates of installations and ensure that all design details are carried out at the highest level.

– Sourage interior design components, including flooring, tiles, plates, hardware, molded parts and decorative surfaces.

– Work with contractors, consultants and providers to ensure that designs are built, accurate and coherent.

– Take part in location hikes and building management, the problem solving in real time and advice on design adjustments.

– Support in the development of internal construction documents, details and shop ratings.

– Knowledge of AutoCAD (required) for the creation of floor plans, surveys, cupboards and mill work.

– Knowledge of sketchup (intermediate level acceptable).

– familiarity with Studio Designer (or similar project management software).

– Knowledge of Google Suite.

– Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers, providers and contractors.

– strongly organized with the ability to juggle several projects, deadlines and teams at the same time.

– must have reliable transport for visits on site that have the procurement of providers and customer meetings.
