The Department of Employee Compensation (DWC) has recorded an order in which the permanent medical devices that can be changed by the official medical fee for quarter 4, 2025 according to section 5307.1 of the Labor Act.
The order, which is effective for services on October 1, 2025, accepts the Medicare October 2025 Quarter 4 DMEPOS fee plan.
