By Rachel Riley (November 10, 2025, 6:06 p.m. EST) — Harco National Insurance Co. breached an insurance contract by denying a Skanska Balfour Beatty contractor's request to cover a nearly $3.5 million bond for alleged failures by a subcontractor while working on a project in Washington state, according to a lawsuit adjourned Friday in federal court.
