The jasmine house in the area of Entenkey embodies the modern luxury of the coasts. Every detail of this house reflects the craftsmanship and vision of the d'Ansign source team from the architectural design to customer -specific furniture and the lush landscape design. At the center of the property is a demanding lighting system outdoors, which is powered by weather -resistant coastal lights that come together with the environment to create an enchanting ambience.
According to the D'Ansign source, the wish of the homeowners led to the development of a lighting scheme after a relaxing yet functional outdoor area, which improves the curb of the property and the usability of the outdoor areas. The architecture and construction company in Marathon, Florida, radiates the front garden, which radiates the sophistication, whereby the niche lights illuminate the entrance and emphasize the texture of trees and other vegetation.

Built -in devices were created along the property wall to create an inviting light, which set the sound for the quiet retreat. According to d'Ansign source, the back yard is the focus of the lighting design with soft lighting, which improves the living areas outdoors and other touches such as Tiki torches that throw warm glow over small meetings. The lights underline the putting green, the fireplace, the pool and the waterfall. An illuminated Breezway, an expansion of the rear terrace serves as a seamless transition to the outdoor dining area.
D'Ansign source designs architectural lighting to cover the property in light
With 230 lights in the entire property, the lighting approach at Jasmine House prioritizes the subtlety and even distribution.
“Smaller wattage ensure a soft glow without creating unwanted hotspots, which the homeowners prefer,” says Nick d'Ascanio from d'Annign Source.
In contrast to conventional landscape designs with defined sculptures, D'Ansign Source claims that Jasmine House has hardscape paths that are integrated into artificial grass and are required for a unique lighting strategy. To take this into account, niche markers and lines were used to minimize the disorders of artificial lawn and at the same time ensure simple maintenance. Ultimately, the team selected the coastal source ideas for the majority of the design.
The existing dock, once wired with outdated high-voltage lighting, was converted into the coastal step lights, with 16 lights placed along the dock steps and two foot walls. Stage lights also line different areas of the property and offer both security and aesthetic attraction. The additional dock lighting was then installed after the construction without the need for a comprehensive repetition, with the adaptability of the system and the simple installation. A tailor -made fish table with special lighting was also added to improve the nightly filleting experience.
Coastal Source design team ultimately contributed to manage every aspect of the project from the conceptual design to the final execution. At Jasmine House, this comprehensive approach enabled seamless integration of landscape and lighting elements. Before the concrete was cast around the dock, lighting plans were taken into account and implemented to ensure a flawless end result with minimal changes after installation.
Lighting design priorified the functionality
For the homeowners, the attraction of the lighting design was not only in the technology itself, but also in the ambience he created. While coasts are known for their durability and technology,
“What really got into resonance with the homeowners was the way the lighting changed their outdoor spaces,” commented D'Scanio.
In addition to the functional lighting, D'Anin source also included artistic accents. The outdoor sculptures were highlighted with accent lighting, which gives the landscape a personalized note. The selection of plantings by D'Anin source included coconut nut palm trees, Frangipani, Keys Lily, lipstick palm trees, ginger, bamboo and silver date palms that further improve aesthetics.
Jasmine House was completed in mid-2023 and represents the ability of d'Ansign to deliver a tailor-made smart home that includes coastal lighting in combination with the eye of the architecture design company for design to create a house that is not only visually breathtaking, but also functional.
