The new company, Electrovaya Japan, will serve as a local platform to expand the company's commercial activities and support its growing customer base and strategic relationships throughout the Japanese market.

In recent years, Electrovaya has built strong partnerships and successfully sold advanced battery products to customers in Japan in both the local and global markets. The establishment of a local subsidiary marks the next phase of the company's international growth strategy and enables closer collaboration with Japanese OEMs, business and technology partners.
