EOS Nickelalloy in718 API

This nickel-based material ensures the effect at low temperatures and corrosion resistance for oil and gas applications with high stress. With a tensile strength of 878 MPa and a stretch of 27%, in combination with heat treatment, this material meets the requirements for the API 6Acra standardization and opens the door for oil and gas manufacturers to use on for downhill, injection and device and fastening applications.

A leading organization for inflow control technologies provided an early test case for EOS Nickelalloy In718-API, which creates a flow module component that fulfills the API standardization and a high-strength performance, and at the same time subjected to the corrosive environment of the oil and gas devices.

EOS Nickel Nicp

This material has a tensile strength of 400 MPa and 49% stretching, which means that it is suitable for gas injectors and corrosion -resistant components in semiconductor devices.

In the semiconductor industry, the electrolöste nickel coating is often used to improve the corrosion resistance. With EOS Nickel NICP, parts can be created without plating, which may increase the lifespan of consumables.

EOS Nickelalloy IN718 API is available for all metal EEOS systems with standard -EOS -EOS parameter processes. EOS Nickel Nicp is now available for EOS M 290 and EOS M 400-4 systems.
