This is a full-time role to be a founding software engineer and technical manager on site in New York, NY.

About the role
They work directly with the founding team to design and build up the future of the financial system from the ground floor of a startup with high growth. We are proud to have a culture of hands by having very few meetings and giving engineers a broad scope of responsibility and autonomy. In our office in NYC FIDI you work personally 5 days a week and build side by side with the rest of the team. Our tech stack is Django/Python, React/Next/TypeScript, hosted on AWS.
Responsibilities
First week:
- Day 1: Push your first PR into production
- Understand the core problems that Hadrius solves, our ICP, our promise of value, the Hadrius platform, the price structure and the Roadmap
- Learn the Hadrius Way: how we work and build for high growth
- Increase the code base up to date
- Contribute to product discussions in weekly all hands
First month:
- Implement a large function that leads directly to new income for the company
- Stand out in a team in the mere contribution
- Help others through code review and technical design reviews
First 3 months and beyond:
- The skills mentioned above continue to develop the scaling challenges and stability if we take up more and more customers.
- Training and setting new team members to take over your code while scaling your effects throughout the team
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Clear communicator with a preference for solving problems
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related area

- Experience in working in a mature Django/Python code base in production
