Lonigan is a third generation building contractor, whose career reflects an impressive journey through various roles in concrete building. From the estimate to the department and regional management, he has taken deep insights into the project cycle and a call for the promotion of team growth and promoting the team and promoting construction capacities.
Before he came to BIG-D, Lonigan was President of Lonigan Co., a consultation specialized in specific construction management. At Lonigan Co. he gave strategic instructions for complex projects and helped customers to manage the construction challenges with innovative solutions that improve security and productivity.
Lonigan's passion for innovation was also shown in his role as Director of Operations at Pikus3D, where he helped develop market strategies for emerging concrete additive manufacturing technology. In addition, his term as director of self-performance concrete for Swinerton Builder and preparatory manager at Baker Concrete Construction emphasizes its versatility and depth in terms of cost control, resource management and large-scale project management.
