The Texas Insurance Ministry, Department of Employee Compensation (DWC), recognized Karyn Siebert with the Lone Star Safety Award for his exemplary commitment to security at the workplace. Kalyn Siebert is a leading manufacturer of tailor-made truck fans with difficult halves and employs 188 workers in the facility in Gatesville, Texas.
In order to qualify for the Lone Star Safety Award, employers have to prove a proven security program, maintain injury rates in the past three years below the national average and have no labor -related deaths over the past 12 months. Kalyn's performance underlines the commitment to promote a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
“The establishment of Karyn Siebert has shown an extraordinary commitment to security at the workplace,” said Chris d'Amura, DWC Security Director of DWC.
Kalyn Siebert works with the free consulting services from DWC via the professional security and health advisory program (OSHCON). Oshcon helps Texas companies to comply with the OSHA regulations and to develop effective security programs free of charge.
As a recipient of this award, Kalyn Siebert can be invited to exchange his best practices at industry events, to look after other organizations, to take part in security and health panels or to contribute to the conference for employee damage on September 29 to 30 September.
