The Australian manufacturer has presented a new palette of standardized portable buildings that were developed for rapid use to meet urgent infrastructure needs in industries in the areas of mining, construction, government, defense and supply companies.
The new Express Range has six and 12-meter-high, rough, cyclone rated Hochkube container building with a construction life of 25 years under strong use, the company said in a press release.
According to the modulates, the new models retain the same high standards for compliance with health and security, comfort, portability and durability, such as the custom -made buildings of the company, which are already used in various environments such as deserts, cities and jungles by Papua New Guinea.
The General Manager of Modulates, Jack Adams, said the new line was developed in response to the strong demand for the industry for high -quality, quickly usable buildings without extensive adjustments.
“The express range was created in response to the demand from industries with rapidly changing needs, in which they did not need a high level of adaptation level, but the delivery to the website and the furnishings had to be quick,” said Adams.
The prefabricated express models are built completely internally in the 20,000 square meter facility of modulates in Mayfield, Newcastle.
The facility takes over all the production phase-in-case montage, manufacture, painting and final equipment-so that the company enables strict quality control and punctual delivery.
“Since all modulated container buildings are prefabricated in your own house and are delivered completely assembled, lead times, disorders and costs are significantly reduced,” said Adams.
The buildings are equipped for durability and simple means of transport, whereby standardized Twist lock security systems are contained for a secure resettlement.
Modulate that the units can withstand violent transport conditions and can be easily loaded, unloaded and installed on site with a minimal disorder.
Both the 6m and 12 m-express-offices variants contain standard functions such as aluminum frame windows, air conditioning, vinyl plank floors, slatted lights, several power supply points and external power supply through a 15-ammay caravan plug.
The insulation consists of 50 mm extended polystyrene (EPS) panels and each device is equipped with a switching board and a connection box.
According to Adams, the Express area supports customers who have to scale the company quickly. “Regardless of whether it is a remote mining area that needs a new lunchroom to stop more employees, or for a construction site that needs a new wash block, these buildings are designed so that they will get the teams up and running,” he said.
The company found that its focus on quality, security and compliance has made it a preferred supplier for organizations who are looking for reliable infrastructure solutions without including several contractors.
Modulates said that repeated interest from large industry players who are looking for a single supplier who can correspond to their own high standards.
“These demanding industries move quickly and modulate are ready to provide the high -quality portable construction solutions so that they can be continued immediately,” said Adams.
