Two companies in the Los Angeles region were quoted by Osha for the death of a worker who was set up a popular Orlando Edm Festival last autumn.
James Thomas Productions and Stage FX were each identified as Misael Aguirre for the same two violations in the death of a man Orlando TV Station Fox 35. Osha listed Aguirre as James Thomas employee in his description of his death on October 30, while he was establishing electrical Daisy carnival in the Camping World Stadium.
“On October 30th at 3 p.m., an employee who worked for a performance promotion company built a section with a stage roof,” said Osha. “The steel frame construction collapsed to the ground during the construction and met the employee onto the ground. The employee died of breast and neck.”

James Thomas from Manhattan Beach, California, negotiated his proposed fine of $ 33,100 and paid $ 19,860. Stage FX from Ontario, California, with a proposed fine of $ 31,445, decided to deny the violations of the independent occupational safety commission for occupational safety and health.
