This webinar is ideal for dealership owners, business managers, human resources professionals and compliance officers who are responsible for ensuring their dealerships stay ahead of government and business regulations.

Led by Stephany Birkholz, Regulatory Project Manager at KPA, this webinar provides a comprehensive overview of key regulatory changes for 2024 and expected developments for 2025. Participants will gain actionable insights into workplace safety standards, labor compliance updates, and specifically RV tailored environmental regulations industry.

“In addition to changes such as the minimum wage and regular penalty increases, there are currently regulations that are expected to be finalized or come into force this year,” said Birkholz of the KPA. “This session will cover everything from OSHA’s proposed rule on heat illness prevention and preparedness to environmental reporting.”
