Serviceitan, a building technology company based in Los Angeles, which is known for its cloud platform for special companies, used its Pantheon 2025 user conference for debut tatlas, a new AI-controlled system for automating critical project management and financial tasks.
The start underlines the company's move to the commercial and infrastructure construction, whereby the tools aim for stationing multi-project workflows.
The service titanium founded by Vahe Kuzoyan and Ara Mahdessian grew from a niche provider for small specialty shops in one of the fastest growing construction companies in the USA
In December 2024, more than 1 billion US dollars of venture funds was placed on Nasdaq (TTAN) in December 2024. Due to the platform, the platform now supports tens of thousands of contractors who process planning, shipping, invoice and customer communication.
The Anaheim event from September 17th to 19th attracted more than 4,000 participants. Managers said that Atlas can adapt to individual business contexts and carry out tasks that range from executing reports and shipping technicians to the generation of RFIs and filling out daily protocols.
The company called it a “co-pilot” for contractors, which was built to take over administrative and compliance loads that slow down the delivery of large-scale work.
A reporter of the roofing entrepreneur, Enr's sister publication, found new functions, including a real-time project P&L Dashboard, a three-way match tool for supplier invoices, of which Service Titan says that up to 90% of the invoices and a global project referee view of the workforce proof of work.
Serviceitan also emphasized the estimate-related estimate of the specification, which fits directly into procurement systems, measurement integrations, the automatic field forms, and the report of dashboards to pursue performance across all project touch points.
For companies that manage several phases or simultaneous projects, the platform now includes project groups, project templates and a higher -level projects with which contractors can organize relatives related to a single header and monitor portfolios progress.
These functions are intended to provide infrastructure entrepreneurs a clearer overview of costs, resources and schedules for complex programs.
The technology company has also built up commercial financial instruments such as job calculation, progress calculation and claims management for the claim. According to the company, long -term users report an increase in net profit margins by 2%, the payments that have been collected on average 12 days faster and 8% more projects are delivered in good time.
“At a moment I can draw a WIP report today and see every project live – what the billing looks like, how much we have invoiced for equipment, how much we used for work,” said John Hurst, President of Interstate AC.
Long -time users noticed the growth of Pantheon. “I have been in almost every pantheon since the early days, and it is getting bigger and better,” said Renee Lenox, business manager at Service Specialties Inc.
According to Service Titan, almost 2,000 contractors on his platform had at least one month of sales of at least $ 1 million last year, with $ 137 reporting a day of $ 1 million. The meetings also dealt with the marginal pressures bound with the estimate of the accuracy.
“If you still use outdated cost multipliers in your estimates, you will already lose the margin. Real -time data is crucial,” said Sue Diamond, a Service Titan Solutions Delivery Manager.
The company has also teamed up with large suppliers to embed catalogs, pricing and order tools. A 2024 agreement with SRS distribution, a subsidiary of the home depot, integrated real-time product data for estimates.
An agreement with ABC Supply. Workflows for the live prices and “estimate of order” for its 900 branches were added, while a partnership with Ferguson Enterprises plumber, HLK and PVF supply connects to the Service Titan platform.
By positioning Atlas to manage invoicing, changing orders, changing the estimate and project planning, service titan enters, which has long been dominated by Procore, Autodesk and Trimble.
For large -scale contractors and owners, the introduction of Atlas from subcontractors could directly influence project reporting, the billing cycles and the upstream risk assignment.
“AI will not replace any contractors, but it will absolutely change their way,” said Mahdessian, co -founder and CEO of Serviceitan. “Business owners who adapt and accept this new reality will thrive while those who are not left behind.”
