The architecture design of Apoz Phase 1.1 is complete
  • Token Communities (TKCM, Financial) has completed the architecture design of phase 1.1 for the Asia Pacific Opportunity Zone (Apoz) Business Park.
  • The development includes a 200,000 m² value. Buildings and two 100,000 m². Building on a 22.5 hectare location.
  • The plan for conceptual design site plan for the Master -planned development is expected to be completed by April 2025.

Token Communities (OTC Pink: TKCM) has successfully completed his subsidiary ASC Global Inc. Phase 1.1 of the architectural design for Apoz Business Park. The design includes a 200,000 m². Concrete wall building and two additional buildings, each cover 100,000 m². The location extends over 22.5 ACRES and aims to support the production and production operations.

The Master plan for the conceptual conception of development development made by Maxx Designer is planned for the completion and submission to Chambers County by the end of April 2025. This step is crucial for obtaining regulatory approval that is necessary before the project progresses.

The Apoz Business Park is to serve 500 international and domestic companies. Manufacturers in the Asia -Pacific region have already been secured, including those that produce golf cars, electric scooters, solar -v charging stations and ADU -POD houses.
