(Lancaster) On the corner of Columbus and Mulberry there is a building that has been free for twenty years. It was a shoe factory, a wire production and will now become the latest apartment complex in the city center of Lancaster.

The property is 138,000 square foot, which contains a commercial area on the first floor on the first floor, together with “at least 60 units”, says Stephanie Bosco, director of economic development at the city of Lancaster. The units will have a number of sizes from the studio to up.

The property is located on the corner of the Columbus St. and Mulberry St.

According to Bosco, a large part of the development of residents of Lancaster will remain unnoticed because the vast majority of work in the building should take place.

The work is done by urban restorations, and hopefully the residents will be able to move in spring 2026.
