Aero Dynamix's rental contracts make up more than 12% of the Nine Building property.

Aero Dynamix Inc. has reproduced the almost 28,000 SF rental contracts in the industrial park in Euless to design and manufacture the imaging of the night vision for civil and military aircraft. It rents an almost 23,000 SF building in 3277 W. Euless blvd. And an almost 5,000 SF room at 2805 W. Euless blvd.

The company modifies and repairs 40 aircraft models and employs around 100 night vision experts in the Euless facility.

The long -term renovations were signed within 45 days of the start of the negotiations, says Michael W. Spain, Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

“The quick signing is recognition for the location of the park, the quality of ownership and the tailor -made industry -related space of the tenant, which would be difficult to replicate elsewhere,” said Spain in a statement.

Jason Finch from Spain and Bradford represented the landlord Euless Industrial in the deal. The Euless Industrial Park is 95% rented.

The Centurion American Development Group, based in the farmers' industry, has teamed up with Horizon Capital Partners in order to acquire the 273 hectare master-planned Legacy Ridge in Bonham.
