TFMORAN offers the latest project by North Branch Construction, The Village on Technology Hill, structural and civil engineering. The mixed development is intended to support the growing economy of the region and at the same time offer a unique life experience. The development will develop in the next three to five years with a focus on energy efficiency and modern amenities.
The project will consist of three main zones: industry, residential and retail. The industrial area will include a 160,000 square meter building for Envision technology, a 60,000 square meter, structural facility and additional space for future growth.
The living zone will contain 440 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms in nine buildings, which concentrate a living village with amenities such as a playground, a dog park and a jogging course. The development will also include solar panels to promote sustainability.
A retail center at the northern entrance offers a general store, a childcare facility and a bus stop for comfortable access to services. A pedestrian -friendly bridge connects the residential area with the heart of the community and ensures easy access for everyone.
