The company of World Trade Center, Larry Silverstein's company, provides for a 785-foot cloud scratch as part of a proposed casino complex with a hotel and restaurants on the West Side in Manhattan.
The tower in the 11th Avenue and the 41st Street includes a hotel with 1000 rooms, restaurants, a food hall and Avenir Casino, as the Silverstein Properties plan shows.
Silverstein, who works with the Gaming operators of Rush Street and Greenwood, has the location of the proposed complex and does not require prior review and approval of the community board and the city council to set up the complex.
But it still needs the OK of state supervisory authorities, since three casino licenses in the region can be won. The offers can be traced back to the state by June 27, whereby the licenses are expected to be handed over by the end of the year.
The developer said he had received input and feedback on the architectural design that will be pedestrian -friendly.

The Silverstein proposal has developed as a serious candidate after two other important players – related companies/Wynn Resorts in Hudson Yards and Las Vegas Sands in the district of Nassau withdrawn from Thoughtfulness.
Centraruddy is happy to be part of the Casino competition.
