The Rep company Meriton is expanding with acquisition

Albuquerque, NM-Meriton, a national network of commercial HLK manufacturer representatives and service providers, has expanded with the acquisition of Engineered Equipment Sales and Testing Inc. (EEST) in New Mexico and El Paso, Texas, a company in Albuquerque, the HVAC solutions at commercial, industrial and institutional markets offers.

The integration is led by MPSW, a Meriton partner.

With the addition of EEST, Meriton is now active in 24 states with 15 partner companies and strengthens its regionally guided growth strategy, which focuses on strong local leadership, long-term partnerships and deep technical know-how, according to a press release from Meriton.

The acquisition increases the footprint of Meriton in the southwest and enables MPSW to bring the best product line in New Mexico and West Texas-to bring Johnson Controls, York, and Armstrong, to bring the press release. In order to support this growth, EEST team members will connect MPSW employees in a new Albuquerque office, which serves as a central hub for operations, customer service and extended functions. MPSW is also growing in El Paso and opens up a special office location to operate customers in El Paso and West Texas.

As part of Meriton, the EEST team has access to expanded jointly used services in accounting and finance, personnel, information technology, security, training and development and marketing, according to the press release.
