TopCon adds the range of road construction technology from: TopCon positioning systems

TopCon positioning systems has announced the expansion of its road construction portfolio, Including improvements for scanning road surfaces, extended Aftermarket solutions for paving stones and a new solution for soil compactors and asphalt rollers.

Scan

A new version of the mobile lidar scanners and introduced RD-M2-Werd. The scanner is part of the long -standing Smoothride solution, with which the road closures minimize, the planning times can be shortened and processes can be optimized if the road surfaces are rated and the crews are brought to safety at the same time. The scanner uses an integrated GNSS recipient, and the new version offers the option of tracking further satellite constellations for additional accuracy and options on the construction site.

Topcon also introduces the new MC-Max-Pflaster-Fäftermarket solution to control screed height, width and steering for integrated paving stones. The system was previously compatible with OEM-based systems and is now being expanded to a brand generic-ferry market solution in order to control the amount of the screeds on all important asphalt-fecker brands. The solution is based on the MC-X machine control platform, an architecture that offers highly adapted systems and upgrade paths to grow with the needs of a contractor.

A A new solution for soil and asphalt was developed. The TopCon roller management system guarantees consistent, high-quality sidewalk and basic layers by using real-time data and automation to optimize the compression process, reduce rework and efficiently meet the project specifications. It is equipped with a wireless Android display, and positioning sensors can exchange between GPS and robot status systems. Additional options and sensors can be added depending on customer requirements, e.g. B. temperature sensors and accelerometers.
