President Donald Trump plans to appoint David Keeling in order to lead the Labor Ministry's Labor and Health Authority, according to a document by the White House that was sent to the congress employee and received by Bloomberg Law.
Trump also plans to name Wayne Palmer from Virginia in order to head mining safety and health administration, according to the document. Palmer was the deputy deputy secretary of the MSHA during the first Trump administration.
Keeling has positions for monitoring security at Amazon.com Inc. and UPS.
